APPLY FOR A GRANT

Interested in applying for a grant from NW Children’s Foundation? Here’s everything you need to know.

GRANT APPLICATION

Organizations invited to apply for a full grant application will be notified by email.  After submission, NWCF staff will carefully review your full application for completeness.  Once verified, your organization will be assigned two site visitors.  A 60-90 minutes site visit will be scheduled.  This is an opportunity for our board/staff to meet with your organization’s team and have a conversation about your work. After the site visit, the application is considered complete.

Timelines:

Winter Grant Cycle

– Applications are due by 11:59 PM PST on August 25, 2023.
– Site Visits will take place between October-early January.
– Grant decisions are made in mid- January and agencies will be notified by the end of January.

Spring Grant Cycle

– Applications are due by 11:59 PM PST on February 16, 2024.
– Site Visits will take place between February-May.
– Grant decisions are made in early-June and agencies will be notified by mid-June.

Applicants log into eGrant system to create an account with NWCF, and to submit and manage new requests.
